TRADE DISPUTE WITH HULL TRAINS

Our independent scrutineers' report, as required in accordance with section 231B of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, for the above ballot which closed at 10am on Wednesday, 01 June 2022, is as follows:-


Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot 31
Number of votes cast in the ballot 28
Votes cast in the ballot as a % of individuals who were entitled to vote 90.3%

Question: Are you prepared to take part in industrial action short of a strike?

Number of spoilt or otherwise invalid voting papers returned 0
Result of Voting:

                        Yes 27 - 96.4%
                        No 1 - 3.6%
“Yes” votes as a % of individuals who were entitled to vote 87.1%
