TUC Equality Survey
The TUC organises an Equality Audit of the movement every 2 years, which alternates between focusing on collective bargaining structures and unions internal structures and services to its members. The aim is to provide a yardstick for all equality issues in all union activities.
The collective bargaining audit will be presented at Congress this year (delayed from 2020). As part of this audit, we produce two surveys for union reps, one on equality in the workplace and one on flexible work.
We have just launched the equality in the workplace which aims to find what equality issues union reps have faced in the workplace, both before and during the pandemic.
Please complete this survey to help inform the TUC's work on equalities in the future.
