This year’s Rail Wellbeing Live event takes place on 17 & 18 November online.

Rail Wellbeing Live is a chance for the rail industry to get together online to focus on health and wellbeing, creating a happier, healthier future for everyone.

It’s a free, two-day virtual event where you can pick and mix what you want to do and dip in and out when you like.

Using the simple online platform you can build your own wellbeing itinerary, including practical tips on things like how to eat well, cope with stress or feel less tired. There will also be interactive classes including exercises to help with everyday aches and pains.

This year there are sessions at 10pm on both days covering topics such as nutrition and fatigue, along with discussions about mental health, resilience and post-traumatic stress.

Famous faces are part of the line up including Jason Fox (SAS: Who Dares Wins), Rebecca Adlington (Olympic medallist), Bryony Gordon (author), Dr Rupy Aujla (The Doctor’s Kitchen).
